With most of us staying home due to Covid-19 we’re getting less exercise and laying around more. This can make for sore muscles and unexplained aches and pains. This bath soak helps with sore muscles, while nourishing your skin and did i mention it smells great?!
Feel free to use whatever essential oils you like to change the smell to your preference. I choose lavender vanilla because it is relaxing. You can even crush and add oatmeal if you have skin conditions like eczema.
This is a basic recipe, you can subtract or double to make the perfect amount.
2 Cups- Epsom Salt
1/2 Cup- Baking Soda
1/2 Cup- Carrier Oil such as coconut oil, Grapeseed oil, jojoba oil or many other choices (I used a mix between, grape seed oil and hemp seed oil)
1 Tablespoon- Essential Oil ( I used 1/2 vanilla essential oil and 1/2 lavender essential oil)
Optional- dried lavender. I added to make it look pretty and smell even better.
